How to use BestCall prepaid phone card

There are two ways to call using BestCall prepaid phone card:

  • Toll Free Direct Dial
  • Call Back

When you use Call Back or Toll Free Direct dial
there is no charge to your local phone line other
than a 8 CZK connection fee.

bullet1 Dial an access number:

  • Toll Free Direct Dial: 822 800 810
  • Call Back: 296 149 017 /just for mobile phones/

bullet2 Select language /press 2 for english/.

bullet3 Enter your PIN code /on the back of the calling card/ using a touch tone telephone.

bullet4 Enter 00 + country code + Phone number, followed by #

To make additional calls, press * twice, without hanging up.

Other rules and terms of use:

  • Rates are subject to change.
  • Do not insert this card into a pay phone.
  • The card expires three months from the date of first use.
